Swap screen time for play time!

Did you know the average adult spends 3 and 1/2 hours screen time on their phones a day! Googling, social media and YouTube soon eat into our valuable time and limit the amount of attention we pay to those around us.

Isn’t it crazy that we’ll happily watch cute videos of dogs on our phones when we have our own living, breathing, faithful pups right at our feet!

So next time you find yourself idly scrolling through social media feeds or googling random facts, switch off your phone and spend quality time with your dog instead. Get outside, take a walk, play a game and clear your head. Both you and your dog will be better for it 🙂

Just think what can be achieved by switching screen time for play time, on a daily basis!
